b. Identifying Purposes

Emerald has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect our information assets, including the confidentiality of information collected about Users. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol. Each of our employees who has access to your Personal Information is informed about our Privacy Policy and procedures for protecting Personal Information.

Emerald will assist any customer who informs us that they need assistance in preparing a request concerning Personal Information. You may also challenge, in writing either by email or letter, the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate, or request that Emerald delete or correct any Personal Information contained in your file.
a. Collection of Personal Information
We obtain and retain only the Personal Information that Users choose to provide to us. When you use any email form on the Website, we may collect Personal Information from you and offer you an area to enter comments or questions.
b. Collection of Non-Personal Aggregated Website Usage Statistics
Emerald collects and logs certain non-personally identifying information which a User’s browser makes available whenever a User visits the Website. This information includes a User’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet), browser type, browser language, as well as the date and time of a User’s visit. This information does not include a User’s Personal Information. We use this information to administer, operate, develop, and improve the Website.
We may also track and store information in the aggregate as it relates to Users’ movement within the Website such as the pages from which the Users were referred, entry and exit points for the Website, search terms, pages Users visit, page views/impressions, access times, domain names and browser types. None of this information is linked to a User’s Personal Information.

Marketing. As part of its day-to-day business activities, Emerald may share with third parties certain non-personally identifying log information your browser makes available whenever you visit our Website.
Transactions with Emerald. You have the right to request information about the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information and to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your Personal Information, and to have your Personal Information amended where inaccurate or deleted from Emerald’s database. On each email you receive from Emerald, you will be given the opportunity to change, modify or delete information which you have previously provided to Emerald and you will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe, thereby removing your email address permanently from our mailing list.

c. Opting-out
